To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, you should keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We'll send it to you shortly after your donation has been received. Upon receiving your Offline Donation Form by mail or when we receive your donation through PayPal, we will send a receipt to the email address you provided.

Please make sure to keep a copy of your receipt for tax purposes. This receipt serves as an official record of your donation and can be used when claiming a tax deduction, as per U.S. law.

Our top priority is ensuring the security and confidentiality of the data you give to WTR. Your personal information will not be sold, traded, or shared with anyone else, and it won't be used to solicit donations on behalf of other organizations. We will only share personal information if you have given us specific permission to do so.

For online donations, we have chosen PayPal because of its strong commitment to security and its wide acceptance as a trusted payment platform. It allows us to receive donations conveniently and securely, ensuring that your contribution reaches us safely. They employ advanced encryption technology to protect sensitive information and maintain stringent security measures to ensure secure transactions.

To cancel a recurring donation made through PayPal, please follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your PayPal account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the "Settings" or "Profile" section of your account.

3. Locate the "Payments" or "Payments and subscriptions" option.

4. Look for the recurring donation or subscription related to the World Tumor Registry.

5. Click on the corresponding option to manage or cancel the recurring donation.

6. Follow the prompts provided by PayPal to cancel the recurring donation.

1. Download the Offline Donation Form. Print out the form and fill in the required information.

2. Write a check for the donation amount, payable to "World Tumor Registry Inc."

3. Place the completed Offline Donation Form and the check in an envelope.
